About Refunds

If you were unable to load the purchased MIDI file into your DAW by dragging and dropping it, here's what happens after you contact us:

⚠ Your initial request (using the form above) must be made within 7 days of purchase. The refund itself will only be issued after completing the process below. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law or under Paddle's Refund Policy.

  1. 1 We review the details of your issue.
  2. 2 We resend the same MIDI file to you directly by email.
  3. 3 Please also try renaming the resent file's extension from .midi to .mid, then drag and drop it into your DAW again.
  4. 4 If it still cannot be dragged and dropped, we will always issue a refund.
